| The full poster which was cut and pasted together per the instructions on the poster. Designed to hang on telephone poles, it is easy to understand why they didn't survive due to the fragile paper they were printed on.; one good wind or a little bit of rain and they were pretty much goners. This one most likely displayed inside where it was protected from the elements and most likely posted outside the City of SF, perhaps in Palo Alto where Ron McKernan lived at the time. Ron's second Acid Test poster whiich was also passed down to a neighborhood friend is also cut, but does not include the venue. What a great piece of Psychedelic and Grateful Dead history! |
